After your hospital’s training manager buys courses, the manager will add you to specific courses with your name and email. You’ll get a welcome email with an Express Sign-in Link to log in. When you log in for the first time with the Express Sign-in Link, you will set a password. Bookmark the Sign-In page at https://www.csvetscourses.com/users/sign_in to sign in the next time you’re ready to learn.
After you pass the quiz with a score of 70% or higher, click on the Get Your Certificate button to print or download your certificate. If the course is CE eligible, your certificate of completion will have the RACE provider and course number. In your student profile, you may add your state or province and license number, which will print on your certificate. To access all your certificates, click on your name in the top right corner. Select My Account from the drop-down menu. Go to Certificates on the left menu. Click View on the certificate you want to print or download.
Log in at https://www.csvetscourses.com. In the top right corner, click My Account. Enter your new email. If you are a licensed veterinarian or technician, add your license number and state or province, which will print on certificates of completion. Click on Save Changes.
If you are a training manager, you will change your email in both https://www.csvetscourses.com and https://dashboard.csvets.com/. To change your email in the Training Manager Dashboard, log in and click on the drop-down menu next to your name in the top right corner. Select Profile & Settings. Enter your new email. Click Save.
Log into the Training Manager Dashboard at https://dashboard.csvets.com/login-link. Go to the Students tab to view your team. When you click View next to each learner’s name, you will see the student’s name, email, course enrollments, total course time, quiz scores, and last activity. You also may download quiz results in a CSV file format, which you can use in Excel and Google Sheets.
Log in at https://www.csvetscourses.com. Select My Dashboard at the top of the page. You will see your courses and the Client Service Community.
Click on your name in the top right corner. Select My Account from the drop-down menu. Go to Order History on the left menu. You can view the receipt, course or bundle name, date of purchase, expiry, status, and price.
Absolutely! Your previously purchased courses and current learners have automatically been added to our new site. Everyone received a welcome email with login instructions. To add or remove learners, your training manager will use the Training Manager Dashboard at https://dashboard.csvets.com/login-link. You will have access to our previous eLearning platform at https://learningmanager.adobe.com/csvets until March 1, 2024 in case you need to download CE certificates. Please note that learner completions will not transfer to the new course site.
If you need to set a new password or forgot your password for the Training Manager Dashboard, go through the forgotten password flow at https://dashboard.csvets.com/forgot-password. Enter your email address, and we will email you a password reset link that will allow you to choose a new one.
Each course has two chapters. Chapter 1 features two lessons, a 1-hour video and handout. Play the video and click the download button for the handout. Chapter 2 is a 10-question quiz. Please note that watching 100% of the video is a prerequisite to take the quiz. Select your answer and click the Confirm button. Click Next to go to the next question. After answering all the questions, you will see your score. A score of 70% or higher is needed for course completion. Don’t worry if you can’t finish a course all at once. Each time you log in, we’ll remember where you left off. Resume learning the next time you log in. Click on the Forgot Password? link on the Sign-In page at https://www.csvetscourses.com/users/sign_in. Enter the email you were enrolled with, and we will send you reset instructions. Use the Change My Password link in the email to reset it. The link will expire within 1 hour, but you may request it again anytime. If you don’t get the email, check your spam or Gmail promotions folder as this email is an autoresponder.
First, check the email that you used when purchasing courses for your welcome email. Click on the magic link to enter your email and get a one-click login link. Bookmark the Training Manager Dashboard at https://dashboard.csvets.com/login-link for future access. Now you’re ready to add learners. Click on the Students tab, and then the Add Student button. Enter the learner’s first and last name and email. Learners will need individual emails so you may track their progress, quiz scores, and course completions. Names also will print on certificates of completion and are required for CE credit reporting on applicable courses. Leave the password blank. Your learner will automatically get an email with an Express Sign-In Link to log in and create a password the first time. When you add learners, select the courses or training bundles you want to enroll them in. Log into the Training Manager Dashboard at https://dashboard.csvets.com/login-link. The dashboard tab lists the number of available seats, students, and enrollments.
Log into the Training Manager Dashboard at https://dashboard.csvets.com/login-link. Go to the Students tab. Click View next to the learner’s name. Click the red Delete Student button. The student will be immediately removed from your account. This action will delete the student's course work and progress. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Here’s an important tip: If a staff member’s employment ends, delete the learner and reuse the seat for another teammate. Whenever you hire new employees, enroll them in courses as part of onboarding.

Your training manager can enroll and unenroll learners using the Training Manager Dashboard at https://dashboard.csvets.com/login-link. Click on the Students tab. Find the name of the learner who you want to unenroll in a course and click View, which opens the individual learner’s record. You will see a list of current course enrollments. Click the Remove button on the course to unenroll the student.
